Le profil du phobique
Il n'y a pas de prédisposition génétique à l'état phobique, c'est bien un trouble du comportement appris. Mais ce trouble se développe souvent à partir d'une même base (modèles de famille anxieuse, fatigue nerveuse et/ou physique, stress non géré qui s'accumule etc.), on reconnaît alors un phobique par un profil caractéristique qui tend à favoriser le déclenchement d'une phobie :
- Refoule ses émotions
- Perfectionniste (ne se donne pas le droit à l'erreur)
- Sévère envers soi-même
- Exigeant, rigide
- Incapable de dire non
- Ne reconnaît pas ses limites
- Se sent facilement coupable
- Craint de décevoir les autres
- A un grand fond d'insécurité
À force de refouler, d'être sévère envers soi-même, de donner tout le temps aux autres, de dépasser ses limites, etc, ça fait une accumulation de tensions. C'est, dans 96% des cas, ce qui déclenche la première panique (et dans 4 % par un choc traumatique). On accumule, un peu comme un verre d'eau qui se remplit goutte à goutte, et une bonne journée, une seule goutte, pas pire que les autres arrive, c'est celle qui fait déborder le verre.

L'agoraphobie et la phobie sociale ont ceci de particulier, les personnes qui en souffrent ont à peu près tous le même profil: ce sont des personnes perfectionnistes, qui veulent tout avoir sous contrôle, tjrs prêtes à aider tout le monde, à écouter tout le monde, à remplacer untel qui part en vacance alors que c'est elle qui aurait besoin de partir, des personnes qui se jugent très sévèrement, qui refoulent leurs émotions, rigides, incapable de dire non, et qui se sentent facilement coupables. Avec un tel profil, les gens s'épuisent facilement et c'est la panique qui arrive parce que cette personne n'a pas su s'arrêter à temps.
C'est pour cette raison que l'on dit tjrs: regardez ds les 6 mois à un ou deux ans avant votre première panique, que s'est t'il passé là dedans? des deuils, perte d'emploi, séparation, maladie? trop de travail?? Ça prend habituellement une heure ou deux à trouver le problème, pas 10 ans.
Une fois qu'on a mis le doigt sur le problème, là c'est bien de connaître le fonctionnement de ce problème, c'est ce que ce site essaie de faire, c'est je pense, ce qui nous différencie des autres sites qui deviennent souvent des concours à savoir qui a fait la pire panique.
C'est le même principe qu'un personne qui fait du diabète, une fois qu'on lui a bien expliqué ce qu'est ce problème, qu'on lui enseigne à contrôler son sucre, c'est beaucoup plus facile pour la personne de prendre en main son problème et de faire attention à son alimentation et à sa médicamentation. Une personne qui connaît bien sa maladie reprend beaucoup plus vite le contrôle sur cette maladie.
C'est la même chose pour l'agoraphobie et p.s., une fois qu'on en connaît le mécanisme, on peut changer nos comportements en conséquence.
